The Operations Manager is responsible for our fulfillment center / 3rd party logistics service provider's day-to-day operating activities, including inbound receiving, inventory management, outbound shipping, reverse logistics, and customer support. The candidate will effectively manage end-to-end cross-functional complex operations projects to support the company's business growth. The projects will be touching all areas of our operations, including but not limited to planning, logistics, warehouse management, and process creating / management/optimization. 职责描述： RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:  Ensure our fulfillment center / 3rd party logistics service provider operates at peak efficiency/accuracy, with customer satisfaction is the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse staff and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals  Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics  Manages a series of complex warehouse related projects from requirements definition, development, testing, training, deployment to initial support  Communicates effectively within the organization and to key cross-functional partners, providing project progress milestones, delays, and challenges in a timely manner  Ensures project documentation is complete, current, and available for stakeholders to review 任职要求：  Advanced operation excellence with 8 years of warehouse operations experience in various leadership roles  Deep operation excellence experience including cross-functional complex problem solving and process redesign  Deep knowledge of process definition, flowcharting, and process management techniques.  Ability to establish and define processes, interrelationships, key controls and to continuously monitor and improve processes to facilitate the efficient and effective execution of business activities  Good written and verbal skills and ability to effectively tailor the approach to reach the audience at all organizational levels  Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed-upon milestones) EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:  BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, logistic or related disciplines or equivalent experience
